We measure the selected roofline and send your installation/removal price and simple agreement. Any ordered lights and materials are itemized for your approval.
Pay your deposit and schedule
Pay securely by bank account through your invoice. We confirm your crew appointment once the deposit succeeds, availability is confirmed and ordered materials are ready. January removal stays included.
Before we hang your lights
Can you hang lights I already own?
Yes. We install suitable working customer-owned lights. We confirm the agreed roofline, attachment method and outdoor power before the crew starts.
What if I need lights?
We can help design your display and order lights and accessories for you to own. We show the materials, shipping and applicable tax for approval before ordering. Lights are purchased after deposit funds are available.
Does a two-story house cost more per foot?
The installation and removal labor rate is $4 per lit linear foot for both one-story and two-story houses. We still check the access and equipment needed for your home.
What is the deposit?
$100 plus the full approved cost of any lights and materials we order for you, including shipping and applicable material tax, never more than your quoted total. If you provide the lights, the deposit is $100. The deposit is credited toward your total. The balance is due after installation is completed and documented.
When do you remove the lights?
January removal is included. Your agreement states your removal window. We return your lights to you; offsite storage is not included.
Can we arrange everything remotely?
Yes. We coordinate the scope, quote, agreement, deposit and installation schedule remotely. You pay securely using the bank account option on your Austin Tile Roof Revival invoice. Bank payments take time to process.
How do you protect my tile roof?
We confirm a suitable access and attachment method for the agreed display. If our crew cracks a tile during our work, we replace it at no cost to you.
